My primary research interests lie in the development of analog/digital VLSI design. This includes topics from analog/digital CMOS design, VLSI CAD, RF/Microwave Circuit Design, etc. I work with Prof. James J. Whalen and Prof. Ramalingam Sridhar. I am currently working on low power VLSI design for register files device.
